The Northern California Tile Industry Labor Management Cooperative Committee (NCTI LMCC) aka Tile Industry Response Fund (TIRF) acts as an agency for the enforcement of state and federal labor laws, as an advocate for labor welfare, and as an active agent for the promotion and education as it pertains to tile workers in Northern California. By these means, it strives to compel non-compliant contractors to meet their legal obligations to fairly compensate workers, provide proper safety conditions, acknowledge, and respect the basic rights of every worker and to enure a level playing field for law abiding tile contractors.
